Refund policy

Refunds are straightforward before personalized output generation. After a packet is generated or downloaded, refunds are limited to billing errors, duplicate charges, or unresolved technical failure.

Before personalized output

You may request a refund within 7 days if you have not generated, downloaded, printed, or otherwise accessed a personalized output.

After personalized output

After a personalized output has been generated, downloaded, printed, or accessed, the software fee is non-refundable except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or a material technical failure we cannot cure within a reasonable time.

Government and third-party fees

Government fees, taxes, penalties, interest, state fees, county fees, and third-party remittances are non-refundable once submitted or owed to the relevant third party.

The current MVP does not submit government filings or remit government fees for you.

Subscriptions

The current MVP is priced as a one-time software fee. If an annual subscription is offered later, the renewal price, renewal date, and cancellation terms must be shown before checkout.

Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund prior personalized outputs.
